The HP5 Rigid Mica Sheet is composed of approximately 90% muscovite or phlogopite mica paper, impregnated with high-temperature-resistant silicone resin. It is certified by UL (E248686) and meets both IEC371-3-3 and FDA standards. Designed for high thermal and electrical insulation performance, the HP5 thick mica sheet fulfills technical requirements for electromechanical and thermomechanical devices. It serves as an ideal substitute for asbestos and other insulating boards in the industrial field

Our mica rolls are made from high-quality phlogopite or synthetic mica paper, reinforced with alkali-free glass fiber cloth, and bonded with silicone resin. After undergoing a high-temperature baking process, cutting, and further processing, we offer these rolls as finished products, available in roll form.

Our fire-resistant mica tape is crafted using high-quality phlogopite, synthetic, or calcined mica paper. It is reinforced with alkali-free glass fiber cloth or PE film on either one or both sides, and bonded with silicone resin. Following a process of high-temperature baking, precise cutting, and meticulous processing, we provide the finished mica tapes in either disk or spool forms.
